ABU DHABI // Partly cloudy skies will prevail as the temperature is expected to range from the high teens to early 20s throughout most of the country Tuesday. The mountains will be much cooler, however, with highs expected to reach between 12°C and 19°C.
North-westerly winds blowing along the coast will be moderate to strong, blowing from 28 to 34 kph, and could reach as high as 50 kph at times. In the country’s interior, the wind’s strength will be slightly less. The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology has extended its warning about the rough sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
The lowest temperature recorded in the country Tuesday was 4.8°C in Jebal Jais at 2.30am. Fujairah recorded the highest temperature in the country Monday. Temperatures in the east coast emirate reached a high of 24.1°C at 3.30pm Monday.
