Marc Jacobs has never been afraid to push boundaries, and perfectly displays this with his eponymous label’s autumn/winter 2016 collection. The new season sees a playful approach to proportion, with overstated sizes and shifting scale as the new emphasis.
The result is theatrical and dramatic, and as expected from Jacobs, gloriously over the top. So it seems apt that pop chameleon Lady Gaga, who happens to be a friend of the designer, modelled one of the looks on the runway.
Check out some of the looks from the new collection.
